Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since your payment, no refund will be provided.
If you signed up for our paid services but did not make use of them then you are still entitled to pay us.
In case of any refund, amount of refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 20 days of service cancellation.
Cancellation of any service renewal should be done 5 days prior to the start of next billing cycle.
www.webteja.com will not be liable for refund or guarantee of top search ranking, increase of follower(s), post reach under any circumstances

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy

In case, the subscription payment is denied by the bank/ financial institution due to insufficient balance, change of card details or any other technical or non-technical issue(s), www.webteja.com reserves the right to charge ₹500 as a penalty.
After Cancellation of subscription(s) and services, your data will be kept with us for 15 days. After 15 days any data related to you will be deleted (like your services records, website records, Application records etc).
We will always have administrative control and credentials of your website/Application. If you cancel your subscription(s) or services or both, we will not provide you the administrative control and credentials of the website/Application.
In case, you cancelled the subscription(s) or services or both, we will not provide any kind of data related to your website/Application data to you.
